The consumer has the right to request a replacement or a refund of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the item is free from manufacturing defects and remains in the same condition as it was upon receipt (i.e., unopened and unused).

If a replacement is requested, the product will be exchanged, and any price difference between the models, if applicable, will be collected. Alternatively, the product can be returned, and its value will be refunded after deducting shipping expenses.
