Damaged Products:


If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will respond to you as soon as possible to arrange for the return of the damaged product and either reship a new product or refund the full amount.

We will cover all costs of returning the damaged product.

Wrong Size Ordered:


We understand that you may accidentally order the wrong size. Therefore, we allow you to exchange the product for a different size within the specified timeframe:

The exchange request due to wrong size selection must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.


Please note that only one exchange is allowed per product.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you wish to exchange.


We will ship the new product to you once we receive the product you wish to exchange.

Important Notes:


Products that you wish to return or exchange must be in brand new condition with their original labels.

Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requests that do not comply with the terms of this policy.
